Hello and welcome to Ruth Family Services. I am the Clinical Director and absolutely love my job. Most days are hectic but it’s always a good day. My background as an educator, school counselor, and mental health therapist has helped me to shape my therapeutic background and expertise. In my spare time; I like planting flowers, reading, exercising, and watching MSNBC. I am always willing to assist and I believe I am easy to talk to. I always tell people who are new to therapy; it’s like talking to a good friend.
I believe in helping people to help themselves. I use Person Centered Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Nature Based Therapy and Eclectic modes of therapy. I can meet you in person, in the community or via an online platform.
Don’t Be Ashamed Of Your Story.
It Will Inspire Others.
Mental Health Is Not A Destination,
But A Process.
It’s About How You Drive, Not Where You’re Going.
