Regional Director/Therapist
My name is Will Morgan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. I am a graduate of North Carolina State University’s Master of Social Work program. I have worked as a mental health professional for over 20 years. I employ a person-centered approach with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and substance use disorders. I am passionate about helping individuals identify their unique skills and talents to aid them in addressing challenges and improving their whole health and wellness.
Collaborative and Strategic Approach
I prefer a collaborative approach to ensure clients and their supports are knowledgeable and effectively equipped with the appropriate resources to achieve treatment goals. I use trauma-informed care strategies and a solution-focused approach to address challenges that individuals and families encounter in their lives, homes, and communities. Despite how overwhelming and challenging life can be, I see these challenges as opportunities for growth and to educate clients on how to implement effective strategies to successfully negotiate their daily stressors.
